1. Registration & Access
1.a. All participants must register and submit payment to secure access to the event.
1.b. Access links will be delivered via email to the address provided at registration.
1.c. Participants are responsible for ensuring their email address is accurate and accessible.
2. No Refund Policy
2.a. All sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued for any reason.
2.b. If a participant cannot attend live, replay access will be provided if available.
3. Event Content & Recording
3.a. The event will be recorded in full.
3.b. Registered participants will receive replay access as described on the event page.
3.c. Unauthorized recording, distribution, or public sharing of event content is strictly prohibited.
4. Technology Requirements
4.a. Participants must ensure their device, internet connection, and software are compatible with the event platform.
4.b. Hibret Solutions and The OS are not responsible for individual technical issues preventing participation.
5. Conduct & Community Guidelines
5.a. Participants agree to engage respectfully with speakers, hosts, and fellow attendees.
5.b. Harassment, disruption, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.a. The event is for educational and spiritual exploration purposes only and does not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, or financial advice.
6.b. Participants accept full responsibility for their own interpretations, decisions, and experiences.
6.c. Hibret Solutions and The OS are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.
7. Intellectual Property
7.a. All event materials, recordings, graphics, presentations, and spoken content are the intellectual property of the event creators, speakers, and Hibret Solutions.
7.b. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.
8. Privacy
8.a. Participant information will be used only for event delivery, communication, and community updates.
8.b. Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties.

9. Event Changes
9.a. Event details, speakers, or schedule may be adjusted if necessary.
9.b. In the rare case of postponement, all registrations will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date.
10. Governing Law
10.a. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10.b. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation and arbitration as outlined below.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.a. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith mediation.
11.b. If mediation does not resolve the matter within 90 days, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association.
11.c. Each party will bear its own costs unless otherwise agreed.
11.d. All proceedings will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
12. Acceptance of Terms
12.a. By registering for The Great Unlock, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SPONSORSHIPS
1. Acceptance of Sponsorship Terms
1.a. By purchasing a sponsorship through The Great Unlock website, Sponsor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Sponsorship Terms & Conditions.
1.b. These terms constitute the full and binding agreement between Sponsor and The Great Unlock (operated by Hibret Solutions LLC) regarding event sponsorship.
2. Sponsorship Confirmation & Payment
2.a. Sponsorship is confirmed only upon successful completion of checkout and receipt of full payment.
2.b. All sponsorship payments are final and non-refundable.
2.c. Sponsorship benefits will not be delivered until payment has cleared.
2.d. Sponsor is responsible for ensuring that all information provided at checkout is accurate.
3. Sponsorship Levels & Benefits
3.a. Sponsorship benefits are limited strictly to those described on the official sponsorship webpage at the time of purchase.
3.b. Benefits may include recognition, event registrations, scholarship allocations, verbal acknowledgment, replay credits, or live stage time depending on the sponsorship level selected.
3.c. Registrations included with sponsorship are non-refundable and may not be resold.
3.d. Scholarship registrations funded through sponsorship will be distributed at the discretion of The Great Unlock.
3.e. Sponsorship does not create any ownership interest, partnership, joint venture, or equity stake in The Great Unlock.
4. Recognition & Public Acknowledgment
4.a. Sponsors may choose public recognition, anonymous contribution, or recognition in honor of another individual or entity.
4.b. Recognition placement, format, and presentation style (including website listing, replay credits, and verbal acknowledgment) are determined by The Great Unlock to preserve event integrity and brand standards.
4.c. Sponsors at the $5,000 Visionary Partner level who receive live stage time must ensure their message aligns with the spirit and values of The Great Unlock.
4.d. The Great Unlock reserves the right to limit, edit, or decline live stage messaging that is promotional, misleading, inappropriate, or misaligned.
4.e. Live stage time is not an advertisement slot and may not include deceptive marketing, unsubstantiated claims, or prohibited content.
5. Sponsor Materials & Deadlines
5.a. Sponsors are responsible for submitting any required materials (logos, URLs, names for recognition, etc.) by deadlines communicated via email.
5.b. Failure to meet submission deadlines may result in forfeiture of recognition benefits without refund.
5.c. The Great Unlock is not responsible for inaccuracies in sponsor-submitted materials.
6. Alignment & Discretion
6.a. The Great Unlock reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline or revoke sponsorship recognition if Sponsor’s brand, messaging, or conduct is deemed inconsistent with the mission, values, or community standards of the event.
6.b. In such cases, liability shall be limited to a refund of the sponsorship fee paid, less any direct costs already incurred.
7. No Performance Guarantee
7.a. The Great Unlock does not guarantee specific attendance numbers, audience demographics, visibility metrics, engagement rates, or business results.
7.b. Sponsor acknowledges that sponsorship is a goodwill contribution and visibility opportunity and assumes all associated business risk.
8. Event Changes or Cancellation
8.a. Event format, speakers, platform, or schedule may be modified if necessary.
8.b. In the event of postponement, sponsorship benefits will transfer to the rescheduled date.
8.c. If an event is canceled entirely due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (including force majeure), liability shall be limited to a refund of sponsorship fees actually paid.
9. Intellectual Property
9.a. All event content, branding, recordings, and materials remain the intellectual property of The Great Unlock, Hibret Solutions LLC, The OS, and/or their respective contributors.
9.b. Sponsorship does not grant any rights to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit event content.
9.c. Sponsors retain ownership of their own trademarks and materials provided for recognition purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability of The Great Unlock arising from sponsorship shall not exceed the total sponsorship amount paid.
10.b. The Great Unlock shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
11.a. These Sponsorship Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
11.b. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved pursuant to the mediation and arbitration provisions outlined in The Great Unlock general Terms & Conditions.
12. Final Note
12.a. By completing checkout, Sponsor confirms understanding that sponsorship is a voluntary financial contribution in support of The Great Unlock ecosystem and associated programming.
